About Beth Brent & Jodi Burns
Beth Brent
I graduated from Indiana University in 2004 and began teaching in Speedway, Indiana. In 2005 I started at Eagle Elementary in Zionsville as a resource teacher. I taught second and third grade at Eagle. In 2012 I transitioned to Literacy Coach at Eagle.
Outside of school I like to boat, cook, and spend time with my family. We have a one year old named JP and are having so much fun watching him grow!

Jodi Burns
I graduated from Missouri State University in 1998 and began teaching in St. Louis, MO. While in St. Louis, I taught 2nd, 3rd and 4th grade. I also obtained my Masters’ Degree in Reading at Lindenwood University in 2003. After I was married in August of 2007, I moved to Indiana and began teaching 2nd grade in Zionsville. In December of 2008, I completed my High Ability License. I was the high ability teacher for second grade at Union Elementary for six years. Currently, I am an Instructional Coach at Pleasant View Elementary in Zionsville.
When I am not at school, I love spending time with my husband, Adam, my two adorable boys, Ian and Isaac, and our crazy, but lovable chocolate lab, Riley.
